The audit

Before anything gets built, we need to see the full picture: brand presence, current offers, how you're delivering them, where time is leaking, what you've been putting off. Most clients come in thinking the problem is one thing and find out in week one it's something adjacent. That's not a setback. That's the work.

We prioritize ruthlessly. You get a clear build order: what we're doing, in what sequence, and why. No surprises mid-engagement. By this point the Spark Audit has already told us where the highest leverage is. Now we sequence the build.
